Job Summary
The Pre-K 4 Teacher will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom where children can thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. The ideal candidate will foster a love for learning while maintaining a structured and positive classroom environment.

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging daily lessons using the Abeka, Pinnacle, and Pebbles curricula
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment
- Monitor and assess children's developmental progress
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
- Promote Christian values and positive character development
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Curriculum
Our program incorporates a balanced approach using:
- Abeka Curriculum for academic readiness, phonics, reading, handwriting, and math
- Pinnacle Curriculum for social-emotional development, hands-on learning, and creative exploration
- Pebbles Curriculum for Bible learning, character education, and faith development
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field
- CDA, TCC, Associate's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Knowledge of Georgia Bright from the Start regulations preferred
- Experience implementing classroom curriculum and lesson planning
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and staff
- Must pass all required background checks and meet state licensing requirements
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified
Compensation: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
